Pond Dipping!

As you know, Foundry Wood has been established to focus on wildlife preservation and education.

We’ve now got some funding for our Education Project which means we are looking for someone to lead on this as an Education Advisor.

This will be a 12 month project to engage 15 schools in the local area to visit the woodland. The intention is that relationships will be established with schools and local groups for the visits to continue beyond the first year. You can read the job specification here or email kath@arccic.co.uk for details.

We are also looking for a team of flexible but dedicated volunteers to help with running of these sessions. It is hoped you could be available for the full 12 months but on an ad hoc basis and all training will be provided.

There is also a volunteer role description here or email kath@arccic.co.uk for more details.
